Lindsey Pershern, MD

Lindsey Pershern, MD is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Prior to her current role, she served as training director for the General Psychiatry Residency Program at Baylor and has advised medical students pursuing Psychiatry for over 15 years. She is active nationally, serving as an Executive Council member for the American Association of Directors of Psychiatry Residency Training (AADPRT) and will be the Vice President of the Association of Directors of Medical Student Education in Psychiatry (ADMSEP) in 2025-2026.

Blythe Jonas

Director of Engagement, ERAS® Outreach and Engagement Team

Blythe Jonas is a Director of Engagement on the ERAS® outreach and Engagement Team.  In this role, she leads ERAS engagement with users across the continuum of the transition to residency, including applicants, schools, programs, and specialties. She brings extensive experience in medical education, including managing career advising, MSPE processes and residency placement reporting. She shares the team’s commitment to supporting learners through the transition from undergraduate to graduate medical education and developing strategic processes that promote success for students, GME programs and medical schools. Blythe has written primary journal articles and given professional presentations on promoting leadership development in medical students and providing guidance during the transition to residency.
